These Terms of Use govern your use of the CapPay website and waitlist. CapPay is currently in pre-launch. A separate, fuller Terms of Service will apply to the CapPay app once it launches, covering account use, transactions, and applicable fees.

1. About CapPay

CapPay is a product currently being built by CapPay Technologies Limited. CapPay is not currently available for public use. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide banking, payment, or financial services ahead of launch. CapPay is not a bank, and its exact regulatory and partner structure will be described clearly closer to launch.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place to be notified when CapPay launches. It does not create an account, guarantee access, or entitle you to any product or service ahead of general availability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, submit false information, or access it in a way that could harm CapPay or other visitors.

4. No warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" while CapPay is in pre-launch. Features, timelines, and details described on this site may change before launch.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as CapPay moves toward launch. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
